SAYS Electoral Education, Civic Awareness & Biometric Registration Interventions (2005–2024) Between 2005 and 2024, the SAYS- successfully implemented 16 voter education, civic awareness, and biometric registration support projects across Awdal Region, demonstrating sustained professionalism, institutional maturity, and operational credibility in electoral engagement. These interventions established SAYS’ proven track record in supporting democratic processes in Somaliland, with a strong focus on equity, inclusive participation, and informed citizen engagement.
